Had very bad rain on the 8 /11/2012 damaged to roof, pc cctv camera door phone for intercom
it took them 2 months to pay me out only for the electrical goods & not the roof. vessels badenhorst told me they were paying me out of good faith because the building was not maintained . i am claiming for the first time in 11 years. standard bank being the brooker could not help me.i have pictures of the damaged roof. i am paying for an insurance which is of no use to me.i was given R12695.84 on the 16 /01/2013
