I bought a used vehicle from Synergy Auto Sales at the beginning of February 2013. After having the initial niggly issues that come with a used vehicle sorted out, I hit the road for a 1500km road trip. Sitting in the Kruger Park on the 27th of February at Crocodile Bridge Camp (not the one I was staying at incidentally), the car wouldn't start. We phoned Andre and he immediately set to work to find a mechanic/autoelectrician who could come and assist us. Finally, one arrived after having been stranded for 6 hours and within minutes we were on our way again as the problem was a faulty relay which switches on the fuel pump and disconnects the immobiliser. Now this is a consumable part and not really covered by the 30 day warranty which Synergy offers. They none-the-less accepted responsibility and footed the rather heavy call out fee charged by the autoelectrician. I can and WILL recommend Synergy Auto Sales to anyone looking for a new used car. They are friendly, very helpful and more than willing to go the extra mile (in my case, extra 1500km's) Thank you, for a great service and great car.
