The service I experienced was just shocking

I bought a car that went through a 101 point check inspection buy them. They inspected that the car was in perfect shape. 4 Weeks later I have to replace the clutch and air- fan which will cost me around R7 000. I was shocked by their after sales service when I contacted them about the incident. I can take it that the clutch could have gone bad in 3 weeks time, but to give me the don't care attitude about the possibility that they possibly could have made a mistake in their inspection, gave me a bad taste about their business. The air- fan was totally lose with nothing attaching it to the air- motor. No nut could hold it, because the bold is totally ruined.
