Our car that has been bought has been inspected by Dekra and what a waist of money, after the inspection they signed of that all is in order but boy o boy it wasn't. the car went back after we heard a bad noise just the following week whereby the Mechanic there confirmed something is wrong but he is not sure what? not long after the outer cv's etc packed up and had to be replaced. After this it has been taken up with Marius the Operational Manager / Director just to have them inspect the car and take no responsibility, their argument is that we already driven so much kilos but we need to use the car and it takes him 3 weeks to respond to a complaint just to say sorry there is nothing wrong from there side. Do yourself a favor and have a look how many complaints is on Hello Peter about them. So bad i need to send 4 emails before getting response and their Director Garth Johnson just ignores one and doesn't even reply on mails. If that is how they react from the top the rest of their pathetic service makes sense, they have a mission statement which means nothing. My opinion think twice before considering Dekra as you're first choice.
