Sena SMH10 unit not working

So, bought a new bike, and with the bike I also got the Sena SMH10 unit for my wife and I.

Then we found out that its not working when you want to pair the two devices. After a long search, i found out that I need to take it back to a track mack outlet, where the suppliers will pick it up.

Phoned now, still lying there after two full weeks - nothing happened!!!

What now?
