Well, had My Lexus looked at by Barloworld Lexus Centurion, under instruction of MIOSA, and exactly what I expected happened. Warned MIOSA they would do it and it happened.
Told MIOSA they are owned by the motor industry, through funding, and I was not wrong. Lexus wrote a deceptive and incomplete report on what had happened to my vehicle, and MIOSA simply closed the case. I tried to argue the case with them, but they oppressed me and the situation, based on a legal document you are compelled to sign before they do anything.
Have had my car looked at independently again by one organisation, and now getting a second opinion.
Thus far it is confirmed that exactly what I expected has happened. Lexus installed the new rear caliper, and in the process have done something wrong and the vehicle is self destructing, from the left rear where all the work was done. The Lexus certified organisation, whom are looking at the vehicle, are able to confirm what is happening, and cannot believe how dishonest Lexus/Toyota are being about it.
Will now be going out of my way to reflect this to all, and am actually building a strong case for legal action.
