INCOMPETENCE OF STAFF & COMPANY

I took my car to VDS panelbeaters late 2012 via iWyze, when it came back the boot wasn`t closing and the left mirror wasn't working. I took it back to VDS panelbeaters, they insisted it wasn`t their fault. I tried to call the insurance, they were not available. On 20/02/2013 I took the car to VW to have the mirror fixed as they had fixed the boot through warranty, but they charged me R1000.00 (incl) for the mirror since VDS had tempered with it. I called iwyze to report and Pretty promised she'll get back to me and update on the dvpt of the query, which she never did. The assessor had responded to everyone except myself saying it wasn`t the panelbeater's fault, whereas they hadn`t even received a report from the dealer. To date I still haven't received any info except someone else's ref no and info which isn`t relevant to me. I want to be refunded for that R1000 immediately, since the panelbeater should've taken the car to VW for the ajustment of the mirrors, the insurance co should've called me to check if everything is ok, which they never did. I am a paying cst and right now the info I have of iwyze is incompetence and no value and respect for their valuable asset i.e. the cst.
