I bought a vehicle from McCarthy VW in Wonderboom on the 2012-01-30. The car was one of their demos and I bought it with a warranty at 61000km. When I took the car for a 75000 km service at VW Hatfield on 2012-08-16, I was told that the first and second service (15000 & 30000km) was never captured on the computer system and as a result that nullifies the warranty on the vehicle. I immediately asked McCarthy VW Wonderboom to rectify this as there are some things I need to repair on the car on warranty. Until now I have not heard from them if the matter has been rectified. I have also emailed VW SA and have not had any joy either. I am paying for the car and the warranty amount is included every month on the installment I pay to Wesbank. Wesbank confirmed that. I am worried that should something happen on the car that is expensive for me to repair and needs that warranty who is going to pay. Please assist.
