Firstly i would to share my dissappoint in the manner in which my matter has been dealt. Vw firstly does not communicate with each other eg. Braamfontein and Soweto Branch, i am so tired of explaining myself to a thousand different people time after time, i logged a call with vw South Africa the audacity that Carol who is a customer liason says no matter who i speak to the decision wont change, ABSA has a fleets of Vehicles with VW, this is a company car one of my staff fleet cars that literally was 2 weeks old, my staff memeber drove from PTA one stormy day drove through water that could not be avoided to his home in Soweto, the car did not statrt the next day and this is where the ordeal has transpired, As ABSA we will strongly consider retracting all our fleet Vehicles if this matter is not attended to. it is of high importance this matter be sorted before the 28th February 2013 as we are renting a courtesy Vehicle that will be handed back to the rental company due to the inconvience caused by VW.
