I would like to thank BMW Hyde park Auto for their excellent service. I had an emergency last week Thursday and took my vehicle to the nearest BMW which was Hyde park Sandton, and with a busy work shop, they immediately assisted me with a major concern on my vehicle. They diagnosed and found my left suspension bolt had broken off. They booked my vehicle in and immediately started running around for the correct part to be replaced. Within 3 hours my vehicle was repaired, AND serviced prior to it's service date. Over and all they assisted me with a smile, great passion for what they do, and seemed like nothing is too big or small to handle.
Please forward this accolade to relevant dealer. I would also like to nominate the service Manager and Service centre should there be any awards towards Service Centre employee's. A big thank you to Gerald, and Service Manger (cant remember name). Impeccable service! THANK YOU! and well done.
