I'm a female driver, who was looking to purchase a better vehicle than what I was currently driving. It was quite an overwhelming feeling, to shop for cars and being extremely busy with work, and of course, having a budget that limits your "dream choices". I've gone online, called a few dealers, but just didn't feel comfortable doing business with sales vultures.
However, much to my surprise you actually really do find dealers who cares about their clients needs, wants and dreams and goes beyond the extra mile. I have nothing but praises for Mc Carthy, VW in Parrow and the staff mentioned above. Your service was beyond anyone's expectation and I thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I never once felt pressured to make the purchase. And you truly helped my father and I with all the info. and sorting everything out on our behalf. Thank you, for the follow-up calls and also for all the extra touches, that I would never have received from any other dealer or private seller.
I highly recommend anyone and everyone wanting to purchase a VW, to do business with you guys.
