I was looking to purchase a car for my mother's birthday. I had been to another dealership and had explained what I was looking for, price etc - no one ever came back to me.
I then found a vehicle at Honda Midrand online and called them to enquire. I was put through to one of their helpful sales people, Peter Ellis, straight away and arranged to view the vehicle the next day. After test driving the vehicle we decided to purchase it. They gave us a great trade in and all subsequent documentation including the Offer to Purchase as well as all the different interest rates were sent to me straight away. I was kept up to date all the time both by Peter and their Finance Assistant, Xolani Tshabalala.
I then recommended the dealership to a business partner who has experienced the same impeccable service with the purchase of her new car.
