I phoned porters paarden eiland this morning and asked if it would be fine to bring in my bakkie as there is something wrong with the car and as i am a wedding photographer i cant afford a breakdown.
I was told it was fine so i drove to paarden eiland on arrival the foreman told me they were fully booked and he was not willing to help me.
He could book it in but only work on it on the monday.
If i was told earlier when i phoned that there was no time available then i would not have bothered to drive down there. i
Also on previous occasion i sat at porters from about 11 am to about 4 pm because they did not have the part and had to go fetch it at the diep river branch because of a mixup between the 2 branches the driver only went to fetch the part at about 3pm (Granted they did offer to take me somewhere) but my thoughts were that diep river is not so far and that i t would not take that long to go fetch,
After this i got home i realized that half of my stuff was not in the car, due to them removing it when washing the car.
Costing me once again to drive all the way there to go fetch it.
I understand that they are busy but this is just ridiculou
