No Service at the Service Centre

I made a booking a week ago for my 30, 000 km service with Kia Paarden Eiland. The lady told me my appointment was at 7:40. I arrived at 7:20 and walked into a waiting room of approximately 10 people plus. The gentleman next to me said he had waited since 6am. After waiting for 30 minutes without being attended to, I asked the "client services officer whether I should have a pre-check form and he said no, not necessary. I asked how long they will be as I have to get back to work and they just looked at at each other. I then said I am going to have to cancel the appointment as I need to leave and still, the service dude and Client Services dude just looked at each other. Seriously, there is No system in place. Customers are left to sit and wait. I need that service, but cannot afford to sit for 30 minutes. I expect Kia to fetch my car at my office for the service and bring it back. That will make up for the agro I went through this morning.
