DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THAT PLACE

I had my car taken in on 12 December 2012 morning because the previous night the Camp belt was torn apart. The individual that work at Bosch did not bother to tell me what is going on I had to constantly call and ask the status on my car. They informed me that the valves were damaged which made sense. They then estimated a total of R8500. The whole of December 2012 I kept on calling them without any joy. Eventually they told us that Ford Parts Workshops are closed which we left the car until the first week of January 2013 mind you they never call us to inform us instead we always have to call them. 2nd Week of January 2013 passed and they promised us that Friday, Friday became next week Friday until my wife decided to go (01 February 2013) and see whether the car is still there because they were behaving funny and ofcourse she gave them a peace of her mind. 8th February 2013 they called and said the car is ok and now it cost R16200 because it did not start properly. Unhappy customer that did not have a for 2 months.
