Pathetic Service

I purchased NEW tyres in November 2012. I think its Yokohoma's. I previously had these tyres on my car and did not have any problems with it. However, I was pulled over by traffic cops i January and was informed that my tyres are worn out, which I could not understand as I had replaced them in November. I travel an average of 30km a day, to work, fetching my daughter and back home, December we were closed and my car was parked for the most of December as we were on vacation. I returned to work in January around the 7th and to my shock my tyres are worn out. i then went back to the dealer and raised my concern on which they checked my shocks which they conffirmed was in order, they then checked my alignment which was out, I understand that my alignment was out but I can not understand how alignment can affect tyres to such an extent that they are completely smooth within 2 to 3 months. I then dealt with Sameer or Shameer, who has NO sense of customer ethicet and spoke to me like I am nothing upon which I myself reacted and told him where to get off. I can not understand how you can sell junk and then have sales people such as him to give pathetic service in return.
