1. We installed a tonnage cover at Nissan Hatfield on 20 oct last year. Gave a leaflet which entitled us to 15% discount. Nicole told me that she doesn't know anything about the special and that she will get back to me on the refund of the discount. 4 months later and still no response.

2. We made the mistake of taking this vehicle back to hatfield Nissan for a service. The air on leaks water onto where the drivers feet a. We asked them to fix this on 2 jan, we were told that the warrantee lady is on leave and they can not fix it. They will let us know once she is back what Nissan says about this. No word. We got a call to follow up on the service provided, told the lady that we are still waiting on feedback regarding the leaking aircon, she stated that she will follow up and let us know what is happening. This also didn't happen.

Utterly disgusted with the lack of feedback from this dealership!

Please sort this out ASAP, I want my refund and the leaky aircon fixed!
