I bought the oil pump with Kotwal motor spares Vereeniging and it didn't work, I returned it and they took it for testing I had to call the spares in Vereeniging daily for follow up until I went to the shop myself. Then after a week when I went they told me they want the oil from the engine which they never told me to bring before which I had drained.
When I told them I don't have it they said they will test the pump, when I followed up they told me my engine is faulty they couldn't pick up the problem with the pump.
My question is why do the have excuses prior to testing the pump? If they say my engine if faulty why did it work perfectly before? The reason the pump was replaced was because the pulley bolt went loose as made a whole I the pump not that the engine was faulty. So please help me understand cause now the motor spares doesn't want to refund me.
