I took my car for service on 26 July 2021 a day after I took it back because they failed to pick up the problem on the gearbox, they have been seating with my car for a month since 30 July 2021. I got a call from the service advisor stating that the gear box is fixed but the car is now leaking water. They are expecting me to pay for water pump that was not broken when they did the service and was not broken when they run the test on the gearbox but now that the car is fixed it comes out that the pump is broken. They tried to offer me a discount on parts but I do not agree and I believe they must take full responsibility on this. Last year one of their professional technician bumped my car and the company failed to find the responsible person. How they can justify that now it just happened?
