East London eastern cape motors made me to hate Ford period. We have a Ford focus 2017 model. We have been in and out at Ford in the past four weeks or so. The car was showing an engine light. The we took it in and it was fixed the the next day again we took it in again then it was fixed. I think this happened 3 times. Understand the time it takes to be fixed, you book a day so that they can see what is wrong and you take your car. They call you when the part has arrived and book a day to take the car in. This is more than a week. Then doing this 3 times is a lot of time. Now the last time we are told that the car is out of warranty. I believe all these sensors that are faulty were faulty at the same time way before the warranty ended but because they fix one thing at a time and time is not waiting on that. So the last sensor for turbo is not fixed. Then 120k km service come, we had to take the car in for 120k km. We call and request a price for the service, so that we can be prepared for the payment and they said between R3500 and R4000. That is fishy not knowing the price, but fine. When we go to collect the car, they say it's R5900. I'm done with ford
