On Thursday 31 Jan DHL sent me an invoice for goods i am waiting for, i paid it on the 1st of Feb, on Monday 4th i received an email that the payment was received. Today, on the 6th of Feb, i have still not heard anything from DHL, when I phoned they first say that i haven't paid, even though they have the payment. Then they say someone will get back to me, never does. Then i phone again, now the story is that is has been detained, but no one can tell me why or how long??? Why do i keep having issues with DHL???
