I am really not impressed at the fact that you charge the full cost for each etoll when using one of your rental cars even though your vehicles have etags. It is illegal to make money off a government facility. I refuse to pay the full price when in my own vehicle with my own etag I am paying a fraction of the cost. Europcar is a money making scheme that aims to rip its customers off. I was told that this is a admin fee but how can you charge an admin fee for each gantry. if i go through 1 gantry or 50 gantry's the admin is exactly the same.
I will also be in touch with my insurance to tell then about this and to advise ten that I am moving insurance company's purely because of this
Please let me know when MY money will be paid back to me. Please escalate this and have it resolved.
