On the evening of the 24-02-2013 at 21:30 I visited the sasol and asked the petrol attendant Bongani ntsukumbini to fill my vehicle up with 93 unleaded as good petrol attendants do he proceeded to wash my windscreen and asked if he could check my levels, I heard a gush of some form of liquid and thought nothing further as he was washing my windscreen before myself and bongani put 2 and 2 together we saw patrol gushing out my car (faulty automatic stop on pump) there was petrol all over the floor and dripping down my car, bongani apologised profusely. He phoned the manager Marius and explained the situation then handed me the phone, I said to Marius that there was at least 4litres of petrol on the floor (me being generous as there could have easily been more) and he Said that as there wad no way to judge he would only take 2 litres off and that was the end of that conversation, he Then proceeded to shout at the petrol attendant (who had been most helpful) instead of coming out and sorting the situation out. I cannot understand how there is no management on site and when phoned is so unhelpful. I am not a happy customer and will never return to a sasol again
