So I logged a complaint on 30th December - got a response on the same day that Triska would be handling my case. 31st passes, 2nd Jan passes and then I decide I have to make a phone call seeing that even an email I sent on 2nd Jan is ignored. I make that call and the tone of the same Triska is less than pleasant to an ear. She only informs me when I make a phonecall that their system was down the whole day yesterday - does this mean their phones were also down that they couldn't inform me that they are looking into my query? I am getting sick of all this rubbish because when they wanted a deposit, within minutes of providing my banking details, the money had been deducted - now I have to wait 10 working days for my money? This is utter nonsense... Please pay back my deposit!
