I want to give credit where credit is due. I got to know the Durban branch staff well over the course of seven weeks this last trip. I was always greeted with a smile, service was efficient and friendly. The quality of the vehicle for the price was also good value for money. Overall, I would say this is the best rental car experience I have had in nearly 10 years of international travel. Job well done!
