I was not properly advised by the service consultant and no options were given to me as how to address the matter and to make sure that I was still getting the service needed without losing out on my motor plan. Dec 2012 I took my car to Ronnies Motors for service as I was aware that it was getting closer to 120000km mileage, trying to avoid to forfeit that last service. Service consultant informed that they won't be able to service my car as it has not indicated that it requires services yet and I asked the consultant what was I supposed to do as I have paid for that service when I took the package. The consultant's response was that "Mam your car is not due for service and u still has around - 2000 before the next service is due therefore we can't service it. I recently took my car to Rosebank and was told that I can take my car for service before the actual mileage was reached as there was an allowance of -1000-1500.I should have been told about this by the consultant OR so I do not forfeit that benefit. Now I have to pay R7800.00 which could have been prevented and I am not willing to pay that much. I called Jaco the Service Manager who promised to call me back, am still waitin
