On Friday, 30 November 2012, I purchased a Mini Cooper at Deal Makers Auto in Gezina, Pretoria. I collected the car on the same day. But as I was driving home to Soshanguve, the car's water cap burst and the car stopped moving. I called the towing company and instructed them to tow the car to my house. I could not take the car back to the dealership where I had bought it as it was already too late, so it was parked in my house for the entire weekend. Then on Monday, 03 December 2012, the towing company (Carlos W Power ONE SENT BY THE DEALERSHIP WHERE YOU BOUGHT THE CAR?) tried to come to my house in Soshanguve to tow the car away to the (WORKSHOP {Carlos W Power}) but they got lost and went to the wrong address. Although the driver promised me that he would inform me whenever he would leave his office, he failed to do so and as a result I could not give him the directions to my house. He phoned me when he was already in Soshanguve, but unfortunately, I was called to attend an urgent meeting at work. Also, I had left my phone in the office so he could not get hold of me. They told me that they tried several times to contact me, but I was not available and as a result they went back
