It took almost seven months for my BMW to be repaired by Leo Haese BMW. I received my car about two weeks ago only for the aircon not to work. I made an appointment a week ago and delivered my car at 6:45 this morning to Tommie Barkhuizen. I was the first customer of the morning. I instructed him to call as to the costs (if any). By 13:00 noone had called. I called and spoke to Marlene. She said she would find out the problem. I called again at 14:00 as noone had yet called me. She said she would go to Costas and find out. When I called a third time she said Costas had attitude with her. I asked to speak to Tommie. He said he would investigate and call me within half an hour. He didn't do so. I got someone to take me only to find out that nothing had been done. Tommie said he was too busy to call me. I was really angry as I have had a problem with Costas before as my car was kept by Leo Haese for almost seven months. Tommie told me the light had been repaired but as I drove out without my car even been looked out the light showing the light problem was displayed. Tommie offered to pay petrol and collect my car later. I have emailed Roelf Strydom Dealer Principal
