Good day
My father had his car sent in for repairs at your repair center on the 4th February 2013.First they have quoted him R25000 of which 12500 was paid by the insurance and he has covered the rest. 2 months ago they demanded R20 000 of which he paid from his pockets and now they are demanding more money telling him more things needs to be fixed. My father is illiterate and Kia has been taking advantage of the. How can you have a car for over 6 months and giving the client empty promises? No one calls him as he constantly has to travel from JHB to Nelspruit every second week hoping the car has been fixed. Every months its something new that comes up which is highly suspicious. If this car doesn't get fixed and delivered by end of the week, we are going to take this further. This is unacceptable that you have to treat your client in this manner. The people there are highly disrespectful and dot even sound interested in assisting. We spoke to Laura on 0135900691 (NELSPRUIT BRANCH)
