I took my KIA Cerato in feor 60 000 service in early mainly due to a noise on my suspension. The car is under 120 000kms warranty and I'd expect it be repaired or replaced.
This is the email I sent and I am still waiting for a reply. Also had a follow up call last year from KIA to find out about my service experience its been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't heard a thing.

Im giving you my feedback on the service I recently received from your branch. I was not satisfied with the work and communication I received.
Firstly the knocking sound that is coming from my suspension was not checked and the fact that an enquiry/request must be put in for electrical fault is unacceptable. I was told when I bought this car that this car was under warranty / service and motor plan.
I don't think paying extra for non-wear and tear items are acceptable. I looking forward to hearing from you and will allow you to assist in rectifying this before I go to a different branch.
