Hi there, we are having the very same problem with this mohamed guy, he is a, i bought two cars from him all in good faith, only to find that the 1st on bein a bmw 325 tds, was scrap by the previous owner for non payment and refusing to sellte the owner, now im stuck with a scrapped vehicle which i have accessive costs to to re-register the car withthe help of the owner and having to pay him a R3000 which he had to pay the traffic dept for some reasons, the second bmw318is, he invited me to view and maybe buy the car as i wanted two cars at first, i liked the car and i paid him R8000 dept and took the with th option to settle in three in which he had repairs to do, when i approached him to repair the car he started swearing, insulting me even calling my wife a, he went to report the car and my uncle was arrested for a long weekend, i have since paid him 28k and the price was 27k, the car was impounded and realesd since then he has been avoiding me, he told he hsold the car and i must put some more money for me to get another vehicle, police are not doing anything about him instead i getr told to go to small claims court, my lawyer called him to settle the matte
