Unsatisfactory repair of a motor vehicle

05/01/2014 had a breakdown and car sent to Westval. I called on monday to find out if the car is there and what is the problem. i spoke to Hermanis that said its petrol pump and the car will be available on 09/01/2013. 09/01/14 i met Elias and said parts are ordered not yet back and the person i spoke to is not in. I insisted to get the car as they promised and He said its ready after calling someone. He tried to arrange somebody to take the car for test driving but they said they are on lunch. I waited from 13h50 till14h30.He said the guys are sturbon they dont want to work. I left and came back at 16h30. nobody was willing to test drive the car as they said its late now they need to go off as nobody pays them overtime. They sid petrol is too little so they could not test drive the car. we agreed that i will go to the garage with them and fill petrol as its about 500metres from them. employee moved it outside the company yard and left the keys in the ignition with my 14year old boy. I went in to find out and Elias said the car is half tested but i need to take it as it is.i tried to raise my concerns. I left at 17h30. He orderd me to go.no old parts nor receipt given
