I bought a car from them 3months ago. Upon selling the car to me the service was very good. The problems started when in two months time I started having problems with the car it looks like the battery given to me was old. I went on a trip to Mpumalanga, when I was there the car was overheating I called my insurance but no help. I drove the car in that condition stopping whenever it heated. Drove the whole night with 2 kids. I called the insurence and they sent a tow truck in the morning, which helped me tow the car to the dealer only to find that they were clossed en only opening this year. Luckily my Sales person was there en there was nothing he could have done since no one answered the call when we tried calling the managers. He adviced that I get someone to rather take out he thermostart of which I did but the car still overheated. On the 6th of Jan I took the car in en told them my problem I was told that I should wait while the check as to what is wrong with the car. I waited for the whole day en only when they were about to close was told they can only fix it the next day. I was sent home with no caretacey car, I fought until I was taken home. Up until today no help.
