Car was bumpy when driving took it to da dealer and they didn't fix it. I then took it to wheel specialists and they diagnosed shocks, took it back to dealer they told me VW told dem its normal for shocks to leak and my car was with them the whole day. I than called VW SA yesterday and they fixed it. When I drove it back home it was still having problems took it for Alignment today the wheel Specialists told me the Dealer only changed 1 shock that is why my car is not balanced. My weekend is spoilt was supposed to go to KZN but I couldn't because of the poor work that VW McDuling has done. Its very disappointing for the big company like that to have incompetent Technical staff. I don't think they serviced my car properly because all these problems started after service. I have been suffering for the past 3 weeks and will never go back there again.
