I had a rental car booked through my insurance whlist my car goes in for repairs. I had specsificly asked Annemarie to book it for 08h30 at their Centurion branch, as I had to go and see customers on the otherside of Johannesburg. I have been on a waiting list to see these potential customers for more than 2 months, and when I phoned the Centurion branch they said my car will only be ready at 11h00 as per my booking. I immidiatly phoned Annemarie in the call centre, and she just tol me that there is nothing she can do, the booking was made for 11h00. I told her that I spesificly asked her to book the car at 08h30, but still she said she cannot do anything.
I have missed my appointments, and my boss is highly upset with me, threatening to take disciplinary action against me for missing this appointment. I will never use, or suggest Empirte Fleet Solutions to ANYBODY!!!
