I had the worst experience with Avis at CT International.
I booked a car [URL Removed] At the airport they would not honour this booking and we had to fight with them for over an hour to get the rate and car we had booked.
I received a confirmation email from [URL Removed] and Avis but they still would not give me the requested rate.
Adam Noble the manager eventually sorted it out and promised to take it up with Head office and revert.
3 weeks later have had no response from Avis.
I have since logged 2 queries on the website and called the customer care twice but no response
