I booked a valet for a car that was took out of service as a luxury shuttle to use as a personal vehicle, the booking was for the 23rd of December 2013 and was made a week in advance. I specifically asked if there would be any addional charges for a vehicle that was this large and needed a lot of detailed work - it was confrimed that Soapy Rides will be ready for the car.
I delivered the car at 7:30 and collected it at 17:30, I didn't inspect it but drove it straight home (Rustenburg) On inspection the following morning I found that nothing was done to the car other than a wash and polish! The car wasn't even vacuumed properly, the seats was never removed and spesific problems that I pointed out on delivery wasn't attended to. I took a lot of photos of the car to keep as prove of this appaling service!
I complained numerious times to Soapy Rides to no availe.
I was given an excuse on requesting a receipt but paid with a card.
