I'M Vernett, I've worked for Audi polokwane for 5 years and I've just resigned on the 06 Nov 2013 with immediate effect however i had work so hard the previous month and my salary incl commission and leave days had come up to a total of R38478.46 they taxed me 51% = R19815.74 which according to them was due to my short notice and also deducted R3000.00 incentive which also fell under the 51% tax. However whenever I make an inquiry they refer this situation to Tax man, I like this is not right and should pay me accordingly. if they had a problem with me resigning they should've sat me down, and discussed the consequences. i Have a family that I'm supporting and I was unable to pay my bills in the month of Nov. I was very disappointment with this deductions. I was with this company for 5 years and they Have no right to treatment this way. Please help me settle this problem because they did not give me a valid reason. Thank you.
