DISGUSTED WITH LACK OF SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY

I bought a Mahindra Scorpio SUV at Mahindra Centurion on 16 Nov. '13. There was a misrepresentation concerning repairs made to the vehicle following it's return from the previous owner. The engine constantly cuts out and I was instructed by Matie Human to take it to Kby under a warranty claim. The car has been there since 20 Nov '13. Their excuse for the first 3 weeks was that they need authorisation from Mahindra SA. Week 4 the excuse was that the person who should authorise it is in Swaziland for 2 weeks.
I need my car back no later than 8 Jan. 2014 or I will have to proceed with steps to cancel the purchase. According to Ch.2 of the CPA if any defects are discovered within 6 months of purchase you have the right to insist on repair, replacement or refund of the vehicle.
Feedback is required by Friday, 3 Jan. 2014 otherwise I'll proceed with legal action and take this matter up with the Commissioner of the CPA.
