I purchased a GWM Steed 5 4X4 in April 2013. I must admit I was a difficult customer and insisted on delivery in a week. When the Vehicle arrived I insisted the tyres changed to the edition with white writting type. The dealership delivered on all of the above and the sale person was friendly and efficient.
After the first service I noticed the engine had an oil leak. After a few calls and some investigation we discovered the engine needed to be replaced as it had a factory fault. GWM arranged everything including a courtesy car. The salesperson followed up and kept me in the loop and was very efficient.
I eventually got my bakkie back and its going as good as new:)
