I hired RQX3logistics in December 2012 to move my household goods from Richards Bay to Johannesburg and paid them for the removal.
As I didn't have a forwarding address, they offered to store my household goods. At first it was stored in a private block of flats in Booysens, and then moved to Xtraspace in Booysens.
It was moved from Xtraspace to an unknown location, because PQX3logistics were not paying Xstraspace the storage costs for the space that PQX3 was renting.
Over a period of more than 7 months in 2013, I have attempted to get my household goods back, and arranged my own storage.
PQX3logistics have ignored my countless and continual phone calls, e-mails and whatsapps to arrange delivery and settle the outstanding amount. I have requested them to send me an invoice and offered to pay on several occasions, but to no avail. They simply ignored my attempts to get my belongings returned to me, and my goods seem to have vanished.
The only reason I can think of is that they seemingly have my household belongings; and they therefore cannot return anything to me.
They think they are untouchable, therefore DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
