4 days after my cubes where to be delivered and still nothing. they have apparently misplaced/misfiled my cubes of household content somewhere in their warehouse, i am beginning to wonder just how big this warehouse can be! Costa and Linda do not return my calls nor answer my messages, the only response i get from Beverley is 'i have no answer for you' On Monday Costa said they would pay for a guesthouse, when i forwarded the invoice, Beverly told me he said it was too expensive. I have lost deposits paid as well as that i am paying for a property i cannot live in because storage cube do not know what they have done with my possessions. I have no words for the disappointment and frustration i have been put through this week. How do you take someone's money for the safe custody of the belongings and then treat them like this? I have been more than patient and understanding in this situation, but how much longer and i supposed to listen to 'i don't have an answer, we don't know where your things are' Although their t&c's state they are not liable for loss or damage, reasonably one would expect this to be for one or two items not one or two entire crates of ones belongings
