WORST SERVICE & PASSING THE BUCK
I wrote a complain on the 3rd of December 2013 and received a feedback a couple of minutes after that from Selome Pretorius from Avis who advised that he will get the Billing the Dept to contact me to resolve the issue. its been 17 days and nobody has ever tried to contact me at all, and it prolongs the entire process and i refuse to be liable for any delay cost associated with the resolution to this matter as they seem to be not bothered by it. I suppose they will call me whenever they feel like, until then i shall make no means as i have exhausted all the channels i had available to try and resolve this matter, it now purely in their hands. Like i said worst service ever experienced.
