Short version of car advertised to be sold

Good day, I have seen a car Ford Figo on [URL Removed] Johan sales person contacted me and negotiations started, although I had trouble with Finance, I got my own finance, my finance wanted a Natis document, and settlement of car before we could take delivery. Wesbank contacted me to say that I do have finance, as it was with Wesbank no settlement document was needed and we could go ahead with the deal. At delivery on Thursday afternoon 12 Dec at 16h30 we told Pieter who took over the deal that we need a spare key, as my son was working evining shift he had to leave at 17h00 and could not wait, the following day I informed Peter that the sevice book was not in the car either, he said he would contact the previous owner as the sales person who traded in the car is not working there anymore he will follow up. Up to date I did not have any feedback, today is day 3 and I told on Sat 14 Dec via e-mail that if I do not have the requested service book and spare key I am cancelling the contract. I have e-mailed the dp of the branch this morning and also no feedback. I want the VW Golf that was traded in on Thursday back and they can take the ford figo back. I phone Ford no service redord
