After having previously had many bad experiences with our postal service I decided to use a courier. After surfing the net and a few phone calls I came upon Express Online Couriers (via The Courier Guy). I was very surprised at the price compared to other couriers (less than 25% of the others' prices) and decided to try them.
The online booking was very simple and user friendly, and took a matter of seconds to complete. The goods were collected in Cape Town in good time and delivered to me by 10:00am the next day!
A call that I made to the help line for a very small query was handled with a large amount of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately I cannot remember the lady's name (my booking no. was 104640), but she was definitely a credit to their organisation.
It is great to see a company living up to their promises, as so many do not. I will definitely be recommending them to others and making use of their services in the future.
