I took my car in for the 30 000 service at the Midrand branch yesterday and Alice was friendly and awesome throughout.

The car was ready for collection earlier than I had expected, and the driver (I unfortunately did not get the gentleman's name) picked me up to collect my car just in time as arranged.

We had a little issue where we were told by the sales man who sold us the car that maintenance plan had been included in the total cost of the car when we first purchased it, and turned out we had been misinformed and had to make a payment (which we were not prepared for) to replace my brake pads. My husband who was furious upon finding out that the cover never was included was treated with the utmost respect by Alice throughout (though she had nothing to do with the mix up!)

Good service is hard to come across and it is only right that I give these 2 the credit that they deserve!

Keep it up Renault Midrand!
