On Thursday 5th December I received my car from service after waiting 2 days. I found a leak of water resulting in the radiator being ineffective. I return the car on Monday the 9th to resolve the problem. Only on Wed the 11th is my car undergone a diagnosis. Furthermore, the sensor was damaged and i am told it will be replaced for free.
Upon diagnosis, I am now told to book a service to fix the radiator at the Fourways branch and book a towing service by my self and at my cost.
I dont mind the cost, but the organising of a booking and towing should be performed by the departments themselves.
I have not being kept in the loop. I keep phoning for answers and lifts to get transport.
I have finally been given a loan car where I am warned about not returning it upon request.
I expect someone of intelligence at Chrysler to understand that Dawie the DP and his underlinks do not know what they are doing with their service dept.
