I left my car in the care of the Sasol attendants to clean, when I came back there was long scratch in the front fender. I asked the attendants what had happened and nobody knew a thing. I called on duty manager Leon Viljoen who explained there is no object in the yard that can scratch my car. I was shocked that he could make a statement like this because there are many objects that can scratch a car in the cleaning bays and after he explained this to me he walked off done with my conversation. I would like to say to Mr Viljoen, please attend some sort of client service training before all Sasol Parklands' clients leave for other service stations.
