False free km's billed

I rented out a Toyota Avanza online in Novembe2013. When I received the confirmation on my e-mail it said 200km free p/d, then I called the call centre to ask if I can have a different rate code so that my free km'/pd can be higher, I was told that my reservation on their system says its 350km but on my confirmation it was 200km and there is no need to change the rate codes and I was told not to worry and its confirmed at 350km, on the same day I changed just he pick up location, when I received a confirmation everything was a split image from the original one even the free km's were 200, I called again just to confirm and still they confirmed that it is 350km and nothing has changed just the pickup branch changed.
When I receive the invoice I was billed for 200km free km per day instead of 350km free km per day. I phoned the call canter explaining the whole thing. She also confirmed on her side that it was 350km but the original was indeed 350km on her side and the other confirmation was 200km. She said she doesn't understand how this happened as the rate codes as well as the rent codes are the same. Im getting no response and Im not happy and i want my refund
