Please NEVER use them!

I booked my BMW 3 series for a valet and I was very excited. To my utter disappointment, upon the collection of my car whoever was responsible for washing my car, after I had given strict instruction NOT to get ANY of the electronics wet, my driver seat control switch was not working. I returned to the garage and asked for the manager on advice and assistance with this after which he said it was not their problem. I checked all my fuses with all intact. Further to this spent the whole rest of my Saturday trying to find someone that will help me. Eventually Menlyn Midas was so kind as to check the box as well as BMW. BMW informed me that fluid was the cause and the whole control switch box was burned out. This now obviously resulting in me purchasing a new box from BMW today, costing my R1835 for the part and I have to pay now to get it installed, and I do not know how much they will charge me yet. This was a horrible experience for me and very costly. Please be aware of any carwash that do not take responsibility for when they damage your car's electronics.
I will now take this matter to the small claims court.
